I have been working at Yodlee full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Break room free food. Windows, air, stairs, ping pong table.

    Cons

Offshore teaming is a nightmare. Lazy people that do the bare minimum in order to make sure no one is better then the other. US people work from home so often, I wonder why I was working in the office. No sense of company unity. Sales wants money, Ops wants money, I end up with a garbage computer. All shiny new macs. Leadership doesn't appreciate what they have.

    Advice to Management

Get more employees that give a dam about the job. Stop giving people garbage computers while you go out and buy pretty thunderbolt monitors and brand new macbooks for new hires. Stop letting certain people run the company by showing hate towards people they don't like. You all know which near the stairs people I'm talking about.

    Pros

Fantastic place to learn and grow your career. Every company has it's challenges, but at Yodlee, the employees are supportive and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience so far. From the top down, there is a feeling of team and comraderie. The work / life balance is fantastic and I would recommend this company highly.

    Advice to Management

Keep employees in the loop about future plans.

I have been working at Yodlee full-time

    Pros

As a midsize company, Yodlee provides a lot of opportunities for employees to expand the breadth and depth of their business and technical skills. It is a great learning environment and most employees who walk through the door take advantage of the chance to advance their careers and marketability. Innovation is highly welcomed a Yodlee and great ideas from employees at all levels are constantly under implementation. There are relatively few boundaries for career advancement at Yodlee. Hard work and results are rewarded and it is commonplace to see strong performers undergo a significant career growth spurt in a short period of time. Yodlee is a highly flexible work environment. Employees work hard, but are given the leeway to work the hours that are best for their personal/family schedules. Finally, the business space we operate in (Financial Cloud/SaaS) is fun, exciting and relevant, and the products have an endless amount of potential in the marketplace.

    Cons

At times, employees can be stretched a bit thin with multiple competing high priority responsibilities.

I have been working at Yodlee full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    People. Flexibility. Relevance.

Yodlee is a rare find. Yodlee sees such value in its people that it seeks to hire, retain, train, develop and promote people that are committed to classic values like hard work, keeping ones word, teamwork ... In fact, there are moments I have wondered if Yodlee is too patient and enduring in developing people (but I CAN be rather impatient). In exchange Yodlee will give you the freedom to explore your intellectual curiosity, help to foster a professional range and even assist with your personal needs in the workplace (tools, space, activities, food) - without the fixed, limiting structures of obsessively corporate environments. The business side of Yodlee is not going away any time soon. People will not stop needing to make, use and invest their money. They will however, need more methods with which to access, distribute and allocate those choices and Yodlee, along with the lucky few that are here - will deliver just that.

    Cons

At times too willing to wait for employee's professional development.

Business. Promise. People. Flexibility. Hard to find greener pastures.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
