Former Employee - Cashier in Suwanee, GA

I worked at Yogli Mogli part-time for more than a year

    Pros

It was pretty chill. It was fun when my friends came to visit. Good for a first job.

    Cons

You're almost constantly being watched over the security cameras. My employers would watch me from their house on the cameras and call me to tell me to clean the tables or trays when they didn't see me clean them. Also, after the store closes you have to stay an extra hour to clean everything up and close the store, and no one was ever paid for that last hour because "the store was closed." My friend and I did the... math while looking at our paychecks and realized the managers were cutting our payments short.

    Advice to Management

Pay the employees for every hour they work, not just when the store is open or not.
