    Pros

Smart, passionate people, pretty chill atmosphere

    Cons

They ask a lot from you and give very little back. Working extra hours very encouraged but not payed, neither with money nor free time. I had to work weekends and many days till midnight to keep up with the demands, and I got nothing in return

I worked at Yonder full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You can feel that Yonder is a people-oriented company by the high degrees of communication, transparency and investment in trainings (both technical and soft-skills). Very nice work environment, both office and people-wise.

    Cons

In my opinion the company is somewhat restricted in regards to the ambitions it can have in acquiring highly-complex projects by belonging to a very large group of companies which controls what projects are assigned to the company or not The seniors-mids-juniors ratio favors the juniors to a great extent

    Pros

    - Some interesting projects & nice clients - Listening to feedback, to some extent
