    Pros

    Flexible hours with added benefit of learning a new subject depending on the course. I may also hold office hours virtually depending on the course. So work is flexible and may suit your schedule

    Cons

    Maybe high in workload depending on the course. The location of the university is not the best.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work! York university is a good university to be a TA

    Great benefits

    Get to work with professors on different kinds of projects from actual research, to editing reports, documents and other work

    Cons

    Low pay for the hours, mostly covers tuition to the program but not enough if you want to eat or pay rent.

    Advice to Management

    Union busting the past year with the fellowship is low, give students better benefits to pay into if anything else, or raise the requirements on GAships so students can be paid a fair wage and go to school.

    Easy, very flexible, just pick up shifts as you please, no interview process, room to advance in other office jobs, pays above minimum wage.
