Good training courses to develop financial knowledge
Managers offer good one to one development

    Cons

No clarity of procedures among different branches

Progression to non branch based roles are limited unless you are willing to relocate to Bradford/Leeds
Not enough staff to cover branches and lack of organisation when sending staff to other branches.

    Advice to Management

Come to a general consensus of what everyone in every branch should be doing to have a standard level of conformity to reduce confusion among staff.
