Pros
The growth potential career-wise is very good, it seems like the company is very interested on people's career growth. The company itself is growing and I really like that I can see the company's 10 year vision being realized one by one.
Cons
There will be growth pains definitely, but the company will figure and solve issues as they go. The inconvenience of growth may not be for everyone thinking everything is already figured out as they join.
