Pros
Before pandemic: Friday beer + food, fun people to be with, workload isn't that bad
Cons
No specified ranking system in terms of growth for QAs from start of hiring until around end of 2020 since there were no SMEs that time

May 24, 2023 - A Former Employee in Makati CityRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Hybrid setup and flexible working hours
Cons
- Management is very unprofessional, indecisive and impulsive when it comes to decision making. - LOW SALARY - No overtime pay, only thank yous - Heavy workload. Each employee has to do the tasks of 3 people which leads to BURNOUT. - Company politics. Management doesn't always follow the company policies and procedures for promotion or salary increase. Their decision is always subjective. - There's one person from the management that takes everything personally. Initials A.M. - always badmouthing employees that she doesn't like or can't control. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL to be part of management. - The top management allows office romance in the company that causes conflict of interest and disclosure of confidential information. - Poor management. They let the wrong people to lead. As long as the employees are tenured and very close to the top management, they will get the promotion even though they are lack of knowledge and skills. - 90 days rendering period - When the company had financial issues due to their negligence, they resorted to RETRENCHMENT only.

Pros
1. Company culture 2. Flexible working hours (like really flexible) 3. Some perks if you stay long enough 4. Friendly and easy-going co-workers 5. Explosive learning (sometimes, a little bit too much) 6. Flat management; managers and executives are always one skype call/message away
Cons
1. Low salary, cannot keep up with the changing economy 2. 90 days rendering for your first 2 years. 3. Stability is a hit-or-miss; you'll get clients here and there but most of them only sign up for at least 6 months 4. Most of the time, clients don't even pay up, therefore risking the livelihoods of employees on specific projects. 5. HR team cannot solve simple problems and is incapable to solve bigger and critical concerns; always provides band-aid solutions but never long term ones. 6. One critical incident happened that affected the entire company and the management fumbled and can't seem to find a way to keep it together.

Pros
The only thing worth keeping is the people within the team. You'll find friends and you'll learn valuable lessons and experiences from them. If you want tech experience, you'll be more than satisfied. Since the workload will be more than as expected.
Cons
1. The management plays around with policies A LOT. New policy and practices here and there. New things will be implemented. 2. Management is unprofessional, notably HR. Emotionally driven. Cries a lot. 3. The company is struggling to handle the clients. They say yes to whatever they want without acknowledging a team's capacity. 4. The company checks if you're in the right seat, which is a good thing if I may say. BUT ironically, they haven't checked if they fit the seats they're in. 5. Compensation is below industry-average. If you want a raise, you'll have to take an exam. Your actual work and effort doesn't really matter that much. But you'll get a special mention though in a morning meeting, it's something I guess 🤷♂️. 6. The company used to believe in "Fun". SIKE!

Good work; very risky business practice
May 2, 2023 - Project ManagerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. Working truthfully and loyally will get you ample compensation 2. Peers are relatively from the younger generation; so new practices are always welcome especially in an ever-evolving nature of work 3. Company has ambitious but inspiring goals
Cons
1. Business practice is very risky for the company; more often than not, they get shafted by opportunistic clients 2. Growth is test-based; direct approach like asking for a raise might work, but more often than not, daily performance takes a backseat in terms of getting recognized or appreciated 3. The company wants to do many things at the same time instead of focusing its efforts to a singular goal and executing it to completion. Setting up too many milestones ends up failing most of the goals.
