Internship Program - Treats their interns as if they really are part of the team. - Gives you the chance to be immersed in the team you're assigned in. From how the team works to how they deliver output. Company - The company and its employees uphold the core values that they mention. - HR team works great in terms of keeping everyone in the loop and maintaining a good working environment; very reliable. - Work-Life balance is given importance.

Internship Program - If you get assigned only to one project, there will be days where you don't have much to do so growth as a QA is hindered. - As of the moment, there's no set curriculum for QA interns and you're heavily reliant on your direct supervisor and teammates for the skills you'll be learning.

They will not treat you as an intern but instead, they will make you feel that you are already part of the team. You do what exactly they do and that's where you actually grow and learn. So if you are looking for a real internship experience, this is the best place for you. :)
