Vibrant Company Culture
May 15, 2022 - UI/User Experience EngineerRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company's culture is the bestbestbest thing about it. The vibe is not too 'corporate' and you can socialize with people easily in the company because it gives you a lot of opportunity to do so. There are also a lot of talented people you work along with. People I've worked with are also approachable.
Cons
The UX culture in the company is not that mature yet, although in the Philippine setting that would probably just be nitpicky. The workload levels are also pretty high at times, especially as a new intern, but that probably just getting culture shocked from having a different kind of workload in university.
