Pros
I have worked here almost a year, and I have NEVER had this type of love for a job before. The customer support manager is by far, the most amazing manager I have ever had in my life. She not only teaches that life is bigger than our work, but she also proves that every single day in her actions. I have never had a boss care so much about my well being and mental stability then I do right now. Not only my boss, but the entire company is the best company I have ever worked with. They care so much about the individual people who work here and strive to make this the best work experience by taking time to hear our concerns and make sure everyone feels included and loved. They are very inclusive and welcome anyone from any background, no matter who you are or what you have been through. I work remotely in a different state then the headquarters in Utah, but I feel so close to everyone who works here because they make sure we are a team and communicate SO well. They have flown me to Utah a few times to join a company wide event and also for a support team event, they want to make sure we all feel included and appreciated, and I definitely feel that from this company. I have so much fun every single day working with my support team and manager. I never feel alone in my work, because if I need help with something, our team and manager are always there to jump in and help with no questions asked. Our manager is one of the most relatable people I have met because she doesn't act like your typical boss in just watching you work and critiquing it, but she will dive in and be there for you with any problem that arises and will do it with so much care, love, and a big smile on her face no matter what is happening, work or life related. I have never felt so supported by a company and boss in my life. I never want to leave this job because they care so much about the little people and really show it day to day. The support manager is one of the many reasons why I never want to leave this job, she will help you work towards your career goals and is your number 1 hype man, no matter who you are. She is always in your corner rooting for you, and only wants to see us succeed in this job and life. If I am having a bad day, she is the first to ask how I am doing and what she can do to help, her and the company are so understanding of what we go through, they treat us like the humans we are. I LOVE this job and company! 1000/10 recommended.
Cons
I do not have any cons because if there was a con, the company/management would address it immediately and fix it. They openly take criticism and apply it to how they can better themselves. I know it sounds cheesy, but I have no cons about this job. They are always growing and improving every single day.
