    Pros

I have loved the various Directors and Sr. Directors I have been able to work with. They all have so much vision and put in hard work to make the company better.

    Cons

Current Executives do not understand the company. They make demands that are impossible to fulfill, and then fire people when they can't make the impossible happen.

    Advice to Management

Directors, thank you! Executives, learn more about the company you claim to love.

I have been working at Young Living Essential Oils full-time

    Pros

    free products, meals, nice people

    Cons

    Management, high stress, company culture

    Advice to Management

Shift in priorities happen all too often here. One moment your tasked with a priority 1 item and the next something else is more important. Than all management from mid-senior wonder why priority 1 is taking time. Stress comes from the top down. Processes are not fully understood by management therefore not respected. Everything is urgent here. Systems are outdated, overloaded and not fixed. Instead problems are compounded by rash judgement from people that don't take the time to trust their workforce. The company boasts profits, product and customers first. However, the are allowing the business processes to suffer and then pressure everyone to perform differently.

I worked at Young Living Essential Oils full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They pay really good. They are about living healthy and you get a good amount of their product.

    Cons

Felt hopeless to help any of the customers every day, no access to information or help, all but 2-5 managers actually know how to do anything in the system. mistakes are made all the time, you get stuck cleaning up someone else's dirt.

    Advice to Management

Used to be a great place to work a few years ago. They changed policies and really don't care about the customers. You'll be on the phone with people and will no longer have any access to help or to information. Take this job if you like lying to people all day and having no way to help them. I worked there for two years and when I informed them of my two weeks before leaving, HR turned it around and denied me my last two weeks , told me that I could not work for them anymore which denied me of my end of year bonus and many other things that I had financially planned to take care of in that last week. Filled with good people built under piles of bull. CEO keeps a death grip on the company, they do not know how to run a business, nothing ever gets fixed. They have a lot of problems
