    Pros

incompetent workforce, easy to outshine, possible good accounts as long as management is in favor of. new blood makes projects look exciting, they seem awards driven, hence pushing for challenging projects.

    Cons

top heavy management. floor support is inadequate, hence low morale. inconsistency in management styles. not feeling team spirit. generally zero positivity.

    Advice to Management

team spirit. leaders to start leading instead of pushing the soldiers. lack of support and morale is very discouraging and breeds disloyalty.
