    Great work culture! Worked in major cities before, and this is the perfect, laid back culture that will make every person envious of your job

    Cons

    For a major ad agency, pay is not as competitive as it should be. Salaries are not that much more than the small shops around the area

    Decent salaries if you're a good negotiator, chance to work on a broad range of clients, nice people in the creative dept

    Cons

    Extremely noisy open office makes hard to get work done, some accounts are pretty boring, C-suite is very detached from the employees they sit among.

    Big network so opportunity to move into new places (geographically and within departments)

    Lacks the very reason you get into advertising - smart creativity. So you end up doing nothing but hurting your career because you don't learn.
