    Cons

Managers aren’t help accountable for training, lack of communication and follow through.

    Advice to Management

If you make someone a Manager hold then accountable for their responsibilities. Employees shouldn’t be laid off due to lack of responsibility on the Manager end.

    Pros

If you like lying to people.

    Cons

Honestly, just read the reviews from the past year, this place is a sinking ship. Since switching over to Oracle the problems have been nonstop, but the problems were there before, they are just much more apparent.

The shipping errors and lost orders that have piled up over the past few months must be costing this company thousands of dollars alone, but of course none of the management want to own up the mega problem going on.

Every day the customer service department receives hundreds of calls and emails with issues stemming from the same problems (warehouse and office distribution systems are not synced up) and management refuses to do anything about it. Instead, they harp on the customer service reps to lie and tell the customer that the order is on the truck (when often times it is not). The management are bullies and liars and do not know how to manage or do any part of their job.

This company is also breaking alcohol distribution laws and is going to be audited for sure and that will be the end of this company.

    DO NOT WORK HERE.

    Advice to Management

Fire yourselves and hire someone that is honest and actually knows how to run a business.

    Pros

No pros. 100% the reason why they fail at every aspect of customer service. You sight for screening is outdated - like your billing service is!

    Cons

You name it. RNDC BAIL THESE PUTZZES OUT WHILE THEY HAVE SUPPLIERS LEFT TO SUPPORT THEM

    Advice to Management

Since SGWS fired 45 people in California - create a new division with them as your sole motivational directive - maybe you’ll earn business back. Or just sell to RNDC / Breakthru

work a lot of saturdays (you do get paid overtime though)
    more merchandising than actual selling

I have been working at Young's Market Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great perks & hard working employees

    Cons

    Benefits are lousy.
Too many Chiefs & not enough Indians, who do the real work.
Chairman is an enigma and you never see him. He doesn't know the employees like his dad & doesn't interact unless it's at an offsite event & then it's all for show.
Exec office is like Ft. Knox when you need to get in.
Chairman's Exec Assistant is like a honey badger.
Too many layoffs & bad morale. Folks are overworked & underpaid.
No raises in 2018 which was disappointing & everyone worked hard!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of your overpaid Execs who are making a ton of money; give the Execs the same crappy benefits that everyone else has; quit losing suppliers; hire competent people; get Oracle to work properly!
