I have been working at Young's Market Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I'll be honest that the Glassdoor reviews here made me nervous about initially applying for the job. The only reason I ended up doing so was because I have friends in the industry who told me Young's was a great company. I'm so glad I applied and accepted to work here. A lot of freedom to do as you wish as long as you get the job done. No micromanaging, you're treated like an adult. Benefits are above average and people want to see you succeed. Best company I've worked for out of the three I've worked for since graduating from college.

    Cons

I can see why people wouldn't love working here if they need a lot of handholding. This isn't a company who will baby you. If you're a hardworker who can do your job on your own -- this is an amazing and satisfying place to work.

I worked at Young's Market Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really liked working there because they were constantly investing in the growth of their people. Always promoting from within and investing in new technology. I also loved their partner network groups... they gave a sense of larger purpose and helped people from different parts of the organization meet.

    Cons

Sometimes it was a hurdle to get past old ideas, as some people have been there for a very long time and don't want to change their ways.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing more to train sales reps!
