    Cons

Poor corporate management with seemingly no end to micromanagement. Apparently, no one can do anything right in the eyes of corporate. A lot of the business practices seem to be pants-on-head ridiculous.

I worked at Your Pie full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Make friends, pizza, customers. Not much pros more cons about the establishment from the two years I worked. You get a discount

    Cons

Everything the managers, no direction, ownership, long hours, not enough pay, not much help, if you are a friend of owners, or management you'll move up. (Definitely in the snellville store)

    Advice to Management

They need to be better. Treat employees fair, pay better. No long hours and to not be a dictatorship.
