I have been working at Youth Health Associates full-time

    Pros

Building relationships with the children and teaching them to become better is rewarding.

    Cons

Do not get paid close to the things you deal with on a day to day basis.

    Advice to Management

Treat staff like they mean something rather then having the mentality that they can be replaced.
