I worked at Ysk Corp. (More than a year)

    Pros

Over all it is a really great company to work for. The people there treat you like family. One of the better places I have worked. Good pay with a pretty decent benefits package.

    Cons

Really no complaints. It was overall a good working environment.

    Pros

It is a small company and the people are great to work with. Great place to gain experience.

    Cons

The Japanese who run it are the cheapest people on earth. They won't sign a PO to save their life. 80% of the time I go to the stock room to get a part I need it's not there. They just can't figure out by not ordering parts is costing them more money in downtime and man hours by just simply buying parts. When there isn't a part we need we have to rig up something or just let it sit and that's all downtime.

    Advice to Management

    Buy the parts we need.

I worked at Ysk Corp. full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great pay for young men and women looking to start somewhere and work their way up

    Cons

Tons of mandatory overtime. If you have a family you will rarely see them, but plenty of job security.

    Advice to Management

Work on a little constructive reinforcement to get the turnover rate to come down.
