I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

Fast paced, challenging positions and hiring managers, great friendly team members

Top management was too invasive in day to day work. Hiring managers need more authority in making hiring decisions.

You can learn a lot if you develop a good rapport with your colleagues.. If you are from Coimbatore or Kanyakumari, this is the right place to work.

First of all the salary is very low when compare to the other Adops companies Yes boss attitude helps you a lot in the appraisal than your performance. You can only survive here if you backbite others and work as spy for top management. No work culture. Its just a clone of a Coimbatore mill factory and not an IT company The company can never grow unless the Indian top management is changed An/ advice to those who wants to joint the company, DON'T
