I worked at Yulista full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits. Great hands on opportunities to review product. Integrators and program management work as a team to complete product.

    Cons

Micromanagement interferes with personal growth within department. Never see the whole of a project to know where your role dovetails .

    Advice to Management

Trust your senior writers more to know what is right for deliveries. Be more open in what is going on with a project.

I have been working at Yulista full-time

    Pros

Work environment is good. They will work with you on your schedule if you have APPTs or any home issues.

    Cons

The Benefits package is subpar. Health insurance is a great plan just extremely expensive. No matching 401k. No accrued leave days.

    Advice to Management

Negotiate a better price with Insurance Company. Cheaper to get insurance on the free market almost.

I have been working at Yulista full-time

    Pros

The employees at the bottom are great to work with.
Great place to network for another job.

    Cons

Pay is below average in area.
    Medical benefits are horrible.
    Leave benefits are bad.
    No 401k matching.
Extremely high turnover rate due to poor benefits and what you have to put up with.
    Really poor leadership
    Poor HR department.

    Advice to Management

Management should listen to employees more and how to make the place better and more efficient. Also, when an employee does come up with a great idea don't pass it off as your own so you can impress the government. Next, you should look at the leadership on all levels. You can't just keep blaming the lowest level employees for leadership mistakes.
