I have been working at Yum! part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free food and tips can be nice.

    Cons

Can get busy sometimes, customers can be very rude and impatient so you have to learn how to deal with that.

    Advice to Management

I’ve worked with several managers and a lot of them like to just sit there and do nothing. Help the employees under you more.
