    Advice to Management

Take time to see that new comers are trained and understood properly before assuming anything said by seniors.

I worked at Yum! full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some coworkers were great to work with. 4 week vacation

    Cons

Unable to use vacation time due to always being on call and half the team quitting. Chaotic environment. 3 managers in 2 years. Goals change frequently. Advice on ways to improve environment were ignored.

    Advice to Management

Figure out a way to allow a work/life balance, don't just use that phrase. Listen to the team/experts when they make suggestions, you hired them for a reason. Don't assign tasks/projects based on someone's title or proximity to you. Should be based on experience and knowledge.

I worked at Yum! full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

4 weeks standard vacation and 1/2 day fridays

    Cons

The payroll department had very low moral. I worked for Yum twice in the payroll department. A lot of favoritism and you always get different answers from different people and end up more confused when you asked your question. Low pay $15 an hour but I've heard they have gone up to $18. Benefit plans are expensive but they match 401k

    Advice to Management

Learn to work with your employees more effectively. Don't gossip or bad mouth employees.
