    Pros

    The pressure helps you grow from your fear. Every other jobs after that will be very smooth.. because you learn so much from Kfc experience without a problem and a lot more than you think.... I have grown to appreciate it...

    Cons

    You grow from pressure, but you don't get paid enough money for your business and hard work ... that's why I'm still not going through it without a doubt that I will never settle at kfc...

    World class training. Great mentor ship program! Recognition culture is consistently encourages and role modeled by the leadership team.

    More opportunities based on merit not on who you know.

    Advice to Management

    Continue working on Diversity. Especially genders...Good old Boys club isn't as bad as it was in the past but still has some opprotunity. Keep up the high standards and use of great process.
