YUM! Brands truly cares about its people and about relationship building. There is a great amount of growth opportunity both in the field and at the support center. They offer a great benefits package. Best company that I have worked for.

I have been working at Yum! full-time

    Pros

Fantastic culture, work-life balance. Managers lead with heart and think through employee career paths. Even if that means managing people out; they're conscious of where people should be going and push in that direction.

    Cons

Ambiguous. Small corporate offices in most locations so structured career paths not well structured.
