    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Yusen Air & Sea Service (u.s.a.) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Awesome work environment. Coworkers are friendly no matter how stressful the job may get. Nice bonuses when we get them.

    Cons

Heavy workload. Sometimes would stay long working hours to make sure all work gets done correctly. And would have to come in on weekends to complete work too.

    Advice to Management

You are doing a great job.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Yusen Air & Sea Service (u.s.a.) full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The benefits are ok. Interesting business. Provides good customer service. Good office space.

    Cons

The pay is very low and they cared more about their customers than their employees. The upper management didn't value employees's efforts or opinions. The upper management provided more complaints and criticisms rather than leadersip. The equipments and software were outdated.

    Advice to Management

I wish that the upper management listened to their employees and give local staff more opportunities to advance in their career. If the management is not happy with their employee's work, they should provide guidance so that the results are better in the future.
