Pros
Overall a great company to work for. Job training is excellent, culture is strong and leadership is focused on employees and their growth. I enjoy coming to work each day and I enjoy the challenge of the job. The commission potential in sales is very high if you are willing to put in the effort.
Cons
Sales and Service isn't always on the same page which can be frustrating at times for employees and customers. The product actually does work and there are plenty of good product reviews to prove that, but it does need an update or refresh. I also notice that at this company that employees that are not good at sales or not willing to work constantly complain or make excuses.

Pros
It's really easy to level up in a place like this cause they can't really afford better people so you can quickly gain work experience at a Saas. It isn't a start-up anymore but it still acts like it so beer and partying are at the ready.
Cons
So much money is spent on getting new clients none is left for anything else. No R&D. No customer support. The little money that is left over is usually spent trying to convince old clientele to stay. There is a lot of stress put on the sales team. Worse than that is it pushes reps to do shady things. Some reps take advantage of this.

Pros
Hands on learning Company Events Great President who has a lot of experience and he always wanted people to grow. Learning a lot about Real Estate and Marketing I really enjoyed working here besides the Client Development Manager who was a real drag. I enjoyed everything about this company. Mark and other senior staff were all about getting to know the employees and their career path. This company helped me learn a lot more about marketing.
Cons
Controlling Client Development Manager on a high horse. I gave the 4 stars because she was a real let down and didn't try understanding some employees.

Pros
you may make a few friends
Cons
Everything... Im a career sales person and I would never wish this company on my worst enemy. 1st they scam their clients the site dont do anything for their business at all. 2. they hire 30 new people a month because they fire 30 people a month its a revolving door of people who no sales experience so they can force them to get a few opens and have a senior person close them... by the end of the "training" youll go from a class of 30 to about 2-4 and 6 months later NO ONE but you will remain from that class if youre the good one

Pros

Cons
Music sometimes is too loud and I couldn't hear anything. They need a training room, a better management, and they should listen more their employees
