Advice to Management
Don't lose the Coolsculpting culture. Run as a stand alone company. Only merge where absolutely imperative.

Great Benefits, free food, nice office.
Cons
No wokr/life balance. Expected to work long hours sometimes until midnight or 1am. Management does not care if you go the extra mile as long as they look good. Lots of politics and closed doors. If you are not liked or have an opinion there is a target on your back. Shady people all around who play kiss up to try and get ahead. No clear processes, shady sales processes. Sales team is rude and demanding and treat you like you are there to serve them.

Wake up.

Amazing training program - You can really tell from the amazing 2 month on boarding process that the company invests in their employees for the long haul. I'm fortunate to work with a team of the most talented people and helpful/dedicated Managers. Definitely work hard, play hard. The money is great and the companies reputation and growth makes it attainable. I do love how the company has hired the majority of their managers through the ranks - it definitely helps when we are put in tough spots with our accounts when our Manager has most likely been there, done that. The healthcare benefits are amazing, generous car allowance, expenses on the road with no limits (in reason), and working for the #1 device in the non-invasive fat elimination market has it's perks! I don't think I've ever woke up excited for work before I took this job!

During the upcoming acquisition, I hope that the company still values it's employees and partnerships with our accounts as much as they do now!

Great product that works. The competition doesn't touch it.

Honestly shocked to see so many positive reviews. That was not my experience and I don't know many people that were happy. Not to mention I've never worked for a company that has had so many people quit in their first 1-6 months.
- Executives and senior managers are out for themselves and in turn create chaos for their teams who are trying to collaborate cross-functionally
- Want to think they are a start-up (essentially because they don't have proper resources) - asks people to move quick, but then does not want to give them an autonomy or ownership
- Constant changing priorities and priorities/goals that don't align cross-functionally
- Pay is not competitive and they attribute it to them being in Pleasanton
- Unreasonable hours
- While the product is great, they have been taking a lot of risks and launching to soon to make numbers and look good to Wall Street, so I don't know how long that will last
- They attribute any issue with an employee (or why someone left) to their PI - a personality test you take during the interview process. They blame it on the wrong personality instead of taking a look at themselves.
- A bit of a cut-throat vibe. You have to agree and play the game their way.
Advice to Management
While you are putting the right programs in place to act like a larger company. Culture and values come down from the top and have to be lived by the executives.
