    Pros

There are a few with this job but I use "pros" very loosely. If you kiss the right butt in this company then you can make a nice salary. The owners show up to most morning meetings which gives it a nice small business feel. You don't have a manager working next to you all day, but trust me you are still watched like a hawk.

    Cons

Where do I begin... When you first get hired the hiring managers have 1 job and thats to HYPE your head up as much as possible with the "money potential" you can make. Think of this as a sales job, not carpet cleaning. This company will hire anybody with legs and arms.. So if your a recovering addict don't be discouraged, they will still hire you. The goal isn't to clean carpets, its to upsell clients on BS products whether they need them or not, and if you don't .. your routes will change from nice areas like (roswell, duluth, north atl) to the hoods of south atl all the way down to river dale and even as far as newnan.. The amount of driving you have to do with this job is honestly insane. In fact the company got audited for not paying their employees enough for the time that they were working. If you like feeling like a slave in a rich persons home cleaning up there dogs fecies then this jobs for you. If you like driving a piece of you know what van that smells like sweaty balls that you will more than likely have to fix everyday on your route to the hood then this is the job for you. If you like lazy, lying, manipulative managers that only car about sales numbers and dont care about your personal life, health, or mental well being then come on down. This job will change your life, it will make you hate your life and everyone elses around you. I truly care about who's ever reading this review when i say PLEASE DO NOT WORK THERE. The environment is toxic and is a revolving door for every position including managers. also if you have ANY facial hair, it isn't allowed. Clean shaven or no routes...

I worked at ZEROREZ Franchising Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I made it out alive and with part of my sanity

    Cons

This group is for employees and families of Zerorez Spokane both past and present. Anyone who has worked at this establishment is fully aware of the unethical terms in which they operate their business.

Harassment takes place in the office, along with favoritism and preferential treatment for certain individuals. The management team is out of control and will not listen to their employees and if they attempt to have a voice for themselves, they face intimidation and fear tactics up to and including termination.

The field technicians have to endure seemingly endless days (12-16hrs/day)of work with no idea of when their days will conclude and can rarely get 2 days off in a row to recoop and have a personal life. Technicians are literally told to not make plans on the days that they work. They put revenue before safety. They put the interest of the business before that of its own employees and will not accommodate those that are single mothers, or have special family circumstances.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your team, management doesn't know all. REMEMBER THAT WITHOUT A DEDICATED TEAM OF EMPLOYEES, YOUR SHIP CAN SINK REAL QUICK. REVENUE SHOULD NEVER BE A PRIORITY OVER SAFETY.

I have been working at ZEROREZ Franchising Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great job if you have no education, and like long hours.

    Cons

60-65 hours per week. Week wages with all the benefits going to Zerorez. No benefits at all. You're responsible for damages up to a $1,000.00. A total "Circus." I could only put up with a few months of it.

    Advice to Management

Take care of you front-line men. They're your most valued asset.

I worked at ZEROREZ Franchising Systems part-time

    Pros

great techs and great products. Techs do great jobs.

    Cons

starting working in this company thought they were honest and family oriented then i started not saying much and watching they play favoritism, we all worked part time but they will always give more work to one person and favor that one person who was allowed to do whatever she wants not take lunch not show up but was granted more works all because they had schools in common. The company itself is great however the owners of the franchise aren't so great they are unstable and emotional and allow their employees to take charge without as much as any control, they way they speak to you is degrading and rude and borderline harassment. i wouldn't recommend working there would recommend using there cleaning services though.

    Advice to Management

learn to be fair and less emotional.

    Pros

Our Zerorez is still relatively small with an owner who genuinely cares about his employees and all of the customers. It really is a good work environment and you feel important here. I truly believe if someone's pet died they would be able to take time off and receive a card from the whole team. Really a rare work place.

    Cons

Normal work stuff but not many!

    Advice to Management

Keep caring about all of the employees and putting your customers first.

I have been working at ZEROREZ Franchising Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company truly cares about employees and demonstrates this in various ways. I have seen them go out of their way to assist employees dealing with grief and loss, serious medical issues, childcare needs, and even less serious matters like auto repair, help with driver's license issues and free breakfast and lunch. The pay is fair and the benefits generous. The culture is vibrant and there's always something brewing regarding employee appreciation events, BBQ's, etc.

    Cons

The technicians work long hours and with the demand for services so high, they struggle at times to maintain the work-life balance that everyone needs. This said, they constantly touch base with employees to ensure strong and honest engagement and seem to work hard to meet employee needs.

    Advice to Management

Keep on keepin' on. Keep leading by example
