    I feel like feed back from employees is not valued as much as it should be. They work that job everyday so their perception should be valued more.

    Mismanagement so bad no one is ever fired!

    Cons

    24/7 production and understaffing means you work every day, ever weekend, and every holiday.

    Management promotes the wrong, least qualified people.

    Pay is 10% lower than surrounding plants.

    It's not difficult to communicate with management. Depending on what plant you for it can be great (as long as you're responsible and actually work of course)

    There are coordination issues between management once a month (of course depending on the plant).
