I worked at ZF Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Plenty of room for growth, advancement
    - Large production facility with a significant impact for ZF Group
    - A strategic product for automotive OEMs (transmissions)

    Cons

    - Rampant office politicking
    - Very little ingenuity and creativity, stifles free thinking
    - Historically a heavy reliance on expatriates for high level positions

I have been working at ZF Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

401K is excellent, yearly compensation increase, health care is offered. Job opportunities can be excellent but also depend on times.

    Cons

Health care is going the way of the dodo but I believe this is most of the country. Locally, management seems to be focused more on college students than experience.

    Advice to Management

Reward hard workers and acknowledge good work, replace the slackers. A free bad eggs can ruin the bunch. College kids are great, but make sure important projects are covered correctly (schedule).
