    Pros

Nice balance between personal and work environment, good team to work for, ability to think for yourself and apply own ideas, constant changes for better processes,

    Cons

Lack of support to employees, hard to clinb the corporate ladder, no empathy from HR, management not the best you would hope for,

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to employee necesities, we leave our best and receive mediocre feedback increases and benefits, not the balance we are expecting

I have been working at ZF TRW full-time

    Pros

?? not many. It pays my bills.

    Cons

19 days with 2 off, machine always down, upper management doesn't care about the average worker. Hard to have family and a life with the hours we HAVE to put in. Dirty, crowded, things are stacked where they shouldn't be, walkways, around machines.

    Advice to Management

You should've put some of the gross profits you made back into the machines and the factory itself. Instead of Band-Aid solutions to fixing things. Machine and people can't work 24/7 for years without some down time. Machines should have been PM'ed properly. things fixed before they became a major issue. Listen to your people!
