      Pros

We do good work and save people's lives. Some teams are really amazing. Many talented people across the company.

      Cons

Recent upper management changes have altered the culture dramtically and at a cost.

        Pros

Not much changes here. Sleepy place to work. Some of the people are nice here. I wish it were more innovative here.

        Cons

Upper management (one in particular) told us that he doesn’t care about the customer past the 30 day liability phase after use of our product - “I don’t care if they die.” If the upper management believes this, then this is not a place to come to work if you want to make a difference. Stay away. Your time would be better spent at a company that cared about their customers.

      Senior Financial Analyst

I went through the final round of interview last Thursday with the CFO. It seemed to have went well, she said she'll talk to me soon. I haven't heard back yet. When is an appropriate time to follow up. And should I email the recruiter or the hiring manager?

      Customer Service Representative CSR

I had an interview this afternoon for a customer service position in a call center. The ad was very vague to begin with and at the end of it I felt like I really didn't know anything more about the job. When I asked about the starting pay, which was not published in the ad, they looked incredulous (they were doing on-the-spot hiring today) and then asked me "What's your range?" And only responded with "I think we could meet that." And still never gave me a straight answer. Is this a red flag?

      Software Engineer

I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span. Is this a normal amount of interviews? Is this a red flag? For a full stack software position 4-5 years exp how much salary should be the norm in a hcol area?
