Learning is steep and pushy to great extent.
Cons
No work life balance that is very common but people are not nice in may be few teams. Personal grudges are hold and asigned PIP for no good reason after working for more than 2 years. Politics plays very important role in this firm.

Very smart people to work with. Very good learning opportunities created ( career opportunities seems plenty but difficult to make it happen because it depends on the managers you work with). Good perks offered to employees (Bonus, Increment, Food, and Transportation taken care etc.,)
Cons
Heavily pharma focused (that’s company strategy). Career progression biased with the managers and the team you work with. Maintaining work life balance for you and your team is very difficult unless you have a understanding offshore manager.

Pros
+ Fun, smart people + Exposure to pharma/biotech industry: you'll work with all of the top companies + Strong data analytics: you will become a wizard in Excel and analyzing secondary data + Decent post-MBA pay; good raises
Cons
- Work life balance is impossible: expect to work nights/weekends and cancel a lot of plans. Upper management does not push back on unreasonable client requests. - Limited exit options: even within pharma, ZS is mostly known for analytics. If you're seeking a marketing/strategy role, you'll fall short on a lot of experience employers are looking for. If you're looking for a role outside of healthcare, forget about it unless you're willing to take a step back to entry level roles. - Little strategic thinking. Very data focused but not much opportunity to work on business strategy.

Everything starting from the culture to the appraisal and reviews system. The culture and the transparency followed by teams across the hierarchy goes a long way in ensuring no unnecessary politics. All support is provided for some one to be able to put in a 100% without wasting time on petty issues
Cons
Long hours as the consulting field and the cross geography work demands this. It does have an impact on the work life balance and the impact on family life is significant
