    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

very flexible schedule as I have the freedom to create it myself; many of the trainers do not have adequate training

    Cons

no benefits or compensation for time spent in the club without actually training a client; there are no perks to making a trainer valuable, such as additional equipment

    Advice to Management

listen to the ideas of the employees; set a higher standard for the trainers and their certification requirements and more of the population might respect the company as a whole
