    Pros

depends store to store. it can be fun if you have a good team and like your coworkers.

    Cons

they try to motivate you by scaring you into thinking you won't have a job if you don't meet the sometimes unrealistic standards. they have found a way to take our commission away from us twice now. no job security. you are easily replaceable and they make sure you know it.
it used to be a lot better, but ever since we merged with Signet, everything that was good about the company is now gone.

    Advice to Management

In general, people don't respond well to management that makes them feel like their job is on the line no matter what, and it does not motivate us to work harder. try listening to the people who are on the sales floor every now and then.
