    Pros

Friendly up beat atmosphere depending on your store team and manager. Generous vacation time given and sick time off for full time employees.

    Advice to Management

Make a better commission structure that compensates those who work hard more instead of focus on a team selling platform

    Pros

Being part of people's big life events

    Cons

low pay with excessive of responsibility, poor upper management, and no assistant managers

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they are worth, give stores Assistant Managers so that Store Managers aren't overworked and quit all the time, upper management needs to step in and help take care of stores with no Store Manager instead of expecting poorly paid jewelry consultants to run the store.
