    I have been working at Zansaar full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The office is centrally located in Indiranagar 100 foot road. All employees get company laptops and an additional data card. Working hours are good and flexible. Weekends and public holidays are provided.

    Cons

    The company has been on a downsizing spree with entire departments being shut down. The company HR is quite inefficient with no knowledge of PF or Investment forms. Upon termination of employment, the HR takes no initiative to provide a concrete severance package or handover transition. Some employees have reportedly taken the company to Labour Court for vague reasons provided at the time of contract termination. Employees are worried about the company shutting down because bonuses have not been given as promised and replacements have not been hired. The head of Customer Support has been made the Store Front manager handling all departments, despite not having relevant qualifications.

    Advice to Management

    Get a functioning HR department. Use employees for the skills that they can provide and be more supportive of them in general.
