    Pros

The Canadian side of this company is a little more level headed than the average US semiconductor company.

    Cons

Major customers do not always consider Zarlink to be among their leading vendors, especially as regards cost competitiveness.

    Advice to Management

Senior management relationships could be emphasized to a greater degree.

    Pros

Great co-workers, good potential to learn and grow, relaxed environment but people still get their job done. Nice cafeteria and good management leadership.

    Cons

Not many cons, it's a great company to work for. The technology seems to be older but still used everyday by the majority of the people using wired phones.

    Advice to Management

The head of the company should make sure it stays successful by not letting other companies take over or buy Zarlink.
