They give you all kinds of support and they do not try to manage you at all which is great. People are awesome and very open to any issue or questions that you may have.
Cons
Really don't have one. As mentioned before you may not have too much contact with other Zartis employees, it really depends on the client that you are allocated and if other folks from Zartis are allocated there too. They do some local meetings/events occasionally that are really nice to get to know each other.

Feels like they really want to put effort making the developers feel comfortable and attached with the company. Nice treatment so far. Also following along the relashionsip between the developers and the external clients.
