1. Wonderful center with great overall facilities 2. Nitin Mittal is great visionary leader and so much to learn with his experience and knowledge. 3. People are given ample opportunities to excel in their carriers. No shortage of quality work 4. Managers and heads are hired with incredible experience and they know how to handle team.

1. Work life balance is a problem. To much work with no option to work from home 2. HR is doing more coordination work, lot of focus is needed in overall people development/growth. 3. No clarity on people related issues, HR is just a dummy function with no decision authority

Bigger company. Unlike startup, you have freedom to take leave whenever you want, somebody else will be there to work.

Bad HR policies. Complete Work from office. HR division itself is quite incompetent ; unresponsive and rigid.

Mangers are not friendly and not supportive, they shake heads whatever higher management which is surreal . 4. Expects to Transit to the project over and delivery it in couple of days . 5. Work-life balance is very worse and In banglore trafic its really hard to report office 5 days . Expects you ve in office at least 9 to 10 hrs. 6. Hindi domination in most of the teams

Good for comfort zone lifestyle and just to pass time.

Budget cuts on the very basic of things, no shooting budgets, no growth, old mindsets running the corporate who don't understand what is going on in the market, very less scope for experiments. Small teams where you cannot even utilise your paid leaves.
