I have been working at Zeeco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Zeeco has a great benefit package
    Zeeco Offers Competitive Pay
    Good Coworkers
Zeeco does a good job at getting people together outside of working hours
The company has a good culture and treats the employees well.

    Cons

Frequently have to work OT in order to get the project completed
Zeeco is segmented into multiple groups. It can be difficult to get help from another internal group when you need it.

    Advice to Management

Get more in the people working for you. Some management is very good regarding this, and some could use a little work. People will want to work harder for someone who generally cares about their well being and personal lives.

I worked at Zeeco (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Variety of projects, opportunity to travel, international clientele and offices

    Cons

If you are honest and believe in doing a good day's work for good pay, this is not the company for you. Those who float to the top seem to get there by lying, cheating, stealing and stepping on the backs of the people who are loyal and do the work. When it comes down to the wire, you are more likely to be thrown under the bus by a supervisor that supported for telling the truth. Rule of thumb seems to be that rules and laws are for others and Zeeco doesn't have to abide. They ignore contracts, do not honor promises and get rid of people who are talented and know what they are doing to preserve an OSU grad who couldn't design him or herself a way out of a paper bag. I spent more than 10 years there and found the only way to maintain my reputation was to leave.

    Advice to Management

Do what you say you will do, work on honoring the truth, look beyond your frat brothers for real success.

    Pros

Chance to travel and visit different countries and states. Good benefits and good retirement plan.
Chance to work with great people.

    Cons

They don't always honor contracts. When work gets slow, they have no aligence to anyone and would rather fire people than lay them off.

    Advice to Management

The owners philosophy is "Do what you say you will do" but he does not practice the philosophy. Needs to show more loyalty to dedicated employee's.
