Great company for those looking for fast paced, startup environment
Jan 18, 2023 - Business Strategy Manager in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Those who have come into the business and worked hard have been given opportunities to advance their career faster than they naturally would People are fantastic human beings, there is very few with ego's and rarely see anyone acting disruptively (and if so its quickly dealt with) Never feel significant pressure to work later or do extra work beyond my role. Leadership team are open and visible across the business Work is meaningful, never feel like I'm doing anything just for the sake of it. Good base comp
Cons
The company has taken a big hit like many other VC backed tech businesses that were encouraged to grow faster than what was realistically sustainable. Many people who led the business 2-3 years ago had left leaving those who remain to pick up and fix mistakes while driving the business forward at the same time. The business previously had lots of layers and it took forever to make any decisions with multiple people required to put in their opinion before anything happened however the leadership team is now trying to change that. Because majority of staff are remote the office can be quiet with little physical interaction apart from company events. Benefits and bonuses are limited

Dec 13, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The B2B side of this company is a great place to be: intelligent, supportive people and a genuinely exciting product vision.
Cons
There are risks inherent to trying to scale a company - just have to hope they will be mitigated

Pros
It doesn’t matter if you are a hard worker or not, if your leader like you, you’ll be fine. That’s the best pros. Loads of potential but loads of unmotivated people as well.
Cons
Poor management, they literally don’t know what they are doing; don’t know their own procedures; micromanaging; compliance team are so lost, don’t know their own rules; every 3 years they dismiss loads of employees because they just want more and more but have no business idea; fraud is a fraud, poor procedures; leaders barely listen to you if you work for support or sales and you won’t have the chance to apply for other positions because you won’t be selected - very hard to happen; “we are on this together” but not that much, you won’t be part of the company because you need to work work work.
