Unlimited PTO was nice. Immediate coworkers were nice.
Cons
They keep you in a constant state of fear rather your gonna have a job or not. They micromanage everything and watch you like hawk. The training program is awful they basically have you teach yourself payroll and benefits which are very hard and if you make a little mistake they put you on a pip plan immediately so they fire you. Avoid this place like the plague. Merging with trinet only made it a corporate machine where they care about nothing and nobody.

Jan 12, 2023 - Customer Service Representative (CSR)RecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Nice snacks, drinks and lunches. Some areas of the office have great views.
Cons
If you go in as a direct hire you're golden. If you go in as a contract/"temp" watch out. Their training is flat and overwhelming. The trainer is usually a young, entitled, indifferent, jaded millenial who absolutely does not care if you learn or not. If they mis-step at all in your training process they will gaslight you/ never acknowledge or take responsibility for their blunder, nor provide any support to rectify. If you are starting at the bottom of the career ladder, you will be dazzled by the nice food and nice views. Once your training is up you will go to the back area where it's dark and call center-ish.
