    Great company to cut your teeth in customer service and customer-centrism, very good drive for business and customer retention and profitability

    employee welfare and career advance is poor, and management is very detached from employees regarding open communication.

    Be employee centric too, any organization that treats her employees well will reap the benefits in efficient and concerted customer retention and business growth effort. too many employees are unmotivated and dissatisfied.

    Pros

    Zenith Bank in Ghana is a very fast paced environment which is great as a first job out of school. You get to learn a lot and have to remain self motivated to be successful.

    Cons

    There is a lot of pressure to deliver with sometimes inadequate help. If you are not aggressive, the environment can get hostile very quickly.

    Advice to Management

    Senior staff needs regular shuffling to renew ideas. Fresh out of school graduates need a lot more mentorship.
