    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Zep full-time

    Pros

Before new ownership you had endless freedom and ability to make great money, crazy good money. For 90+ years was a company driven by sales people. Used to be rewarded for hard work. Now every sales rep is making significantly less money as management reduces commission rates about every 6 months.

    Cons

Now the company is driven by all the old Diversey people. Which means Zep is doomed! Company now has more managers then ever. In fact they can't hire any managers that come from the industry. Basically no training, no support and keep putting policies in place to make job harder. No yearly bonus program (just monthly incentives).

    Advice to Management

We are beyond fixing. We will be sold as a whole or sold off in parts or spun off/bankruptcy. Any way it goes down, will not be good for average employee.
