    Pros

Flexible work schedule. I am deeply sad the project ended. I absolutely loved it and would return anytime. Great Pay for this job !!!

    Cons

Very short notice before it ended but that is what you signed up for can happen elsewhere as well. No reason for anybody to be upset.

    Advice to Management

I am not in the position to give advice to them.

    I worked at ZeroChaos part-time

    Pros

Can work from home and set your own hours so you can run errands when you need to and still get the work done. You can work while your meal is in the oven. Don't have to worry about what kind of people you deal with at work because you are in your own space.

    Cons

There may be times when you run out of work and you will have to wait for work to come into the pipeline for a while, which could mean less pay.

    Advice to Management

It would be super if there is a way for the employees to get access to group insurance

I worked at ZeroChaos part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay for a WAH job, non phone, make your own schedule, weekly pay, easy work, no micromanagement of workers, very responsive to questions if they have the answers. Great place to work over all.

    Cons

None until they lost their contract and the job ended. Could be they lost a bid, it's also possible that multiple untrue complaints by a bitter former rater eventually caused this. Don't let this keep you from applying for other jobs with them.

    Advice to Management

Make sure employees know which responsibilities are yours and which are your vendor's, otherwise you get blamed for things you don't control.

I worked at ZeroChaos part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I worked for ZeroChaos for almost 18 months and I never had a problem. I can't even say that I had too many task shortages but I must admit I only aimed for 15 hours a week since I have another full-time job. Last week there was a task shortage but nothing to worry since I had this before but suddenly they canceled the assignment. 5 hours notice, out of the blue - "thanks for the hard work".

    - always paid on time
    - flexible hours
    - some tasks are actually fun

    Cons

I send plenty of emails over the past year with questions and concerns regarding instructions etc. and never ever got a reply. For example, pictures were missing in the guidelines or my favorite, the ad was not in my rating language. For over two months I had to check "not in my rating language" basically creating useless data. I send countless emails and never ever received a response. At one point they started to use screen grabs for that task and it worked. Anyhow, now that they terminated me I wondered if the assignment really ended or if it is just an excuse. Hard to say. My time ended like it started. Never talked to anyone, never any email response. It's like working for the Big Brother. Worst, you have no idea if you are doing a good or a bad job.

    - no feedback
    - no contacts
    - no response
    - no co-workers
    - ends abruptly

    Advice to Management

    give more feedback
    listen to employees
once in a while reply to an email
    play with open cards
