    Pros

    beautiful campus, many delicious food around. The teachers and students here are very nice. lots of outstanding professors and researchers.

    language could be a problem for non-Chinese speaker
    summer could be really hot and winter is cold.
    students dormitory is a little crowded

    it is better to pay more attention to undergraduate education and spend more money to support students for studying or exchanging overseas

    Pretty good as a graduate senior high school student to get some experience from research.

    It's just too hot in summer LOL. Only stayed for one month so no other cons

    Pros

    I can learn the front-edge concept, and find some places to apply these thoughts. And I got chances to practice my programming skills. And people in our group are all very nice.

    Cons

    You have to try to find valuable work, and you must devote your self into work otherwise the opportunity will never come automatically. And of course it will take more time in your normal study

    Advice to Management

    currently, phd student will actor as a direct mentor and assign work for you, and the professor actor as a large mentor who teach you some conceptual things, maybe later the professor can directly contact you

    I have been working at Zhejiang University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Zhejiang university is considered one of the best university in China. It has the most talented students. It is located in a beautiful city in east China.

    Cons

    The expenses in the city is very high, especially for the housing. The competition is fierce. The earning and costs can not match.

    Advice to Management

    The manager should consider to allocate some place on campus as residence for the employees.
