Pros
I am struggling to think of one.
Cons
Everyone is late so you have to wait outside until a key holder comes. And they make you work at 2 separate offices about 2 hours from each other without traffic. The MAs are bullies, very rude and will speak whatever language they assume you don't understand when you enter the room. They are not trained at all for surgery. They don't even wash their hands before a procedure and I've seen one scratch her head with bloody gloves on before returning to handle guaze on the patient, with that same glove 🤮 Patients are just pumped full of antibiotics preoperatively and post-op. Which if you know anything about antibiotics is pretty wreckless. The autoclave is never tested and instruments that come out wet are still used if they're in a hurry. Management is awful, both personally and professionally.
