I have been working at Zija International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Amazing work environment, (I've been working in various departments within Zija since 2010)
If you are patient a job opportunity will show up for you to advance within the company.
they hire a LOT of positions from within
They value their distributors AND employees
    They are fair

    Cons

Benefits could be better, but they have been improving lately
    A few more paid holidays,
Apart from that, Don't have much negative

    Advice to Management

Keep putting more emphasis into the Employees, but what you have been doing over the past year is Amazing.

I have been working at Zija International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great experience to learn how a call center works. Fun people work there and there are fun events to attend.

    Cons

Was busy at times and you were expected to know many things as soon as training got over. Leads say to ask questions then get upset at the questions coming in.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Employees will make mistakes and since they have not been there as long as you they may not know as much as you.

I worked at Zija International (More than a year)

    Pros

The company is in a newer large office building, so facility is pretty new and nice.

    Cons

Typical family run business. The company at that time was not very well organized and that was reflected to the company's business style as well.

I worked at Zija International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent products. Good people to work with. Fun events. A good stepping stone to another job.

    Cons

Founder and CEO are not generous for the millions of dollars in profit they are making. CEO is conceited and has a god complex. Doesn't want to share the wealth with anyone. Founder's kids who have never worked before are the heads of departments.

    Advice to Management

Take a HARD look at yourselves. Invest in your people and pay them market value for their talents and contributions.

I have been working at Zija International part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Company bases promotions and thus income on leadership and helping others.
Personal Development in all aspects of your life are taught and encouraged to achieve success.
Company is successful because the people in the company genuinely care about helping others.
The companies product line is developed by the best of the best in nutritional science.

    Cons

The Network Marketing business model has a bad rep and some people won't hear the message because of a preconceived notion about the business.
Some of the perks the company offers are great but there are a lot of hoops to jump through to get them, then they can be easily taken away all the while the company is still making money even if they didn't have to pay you for a perk "almost" achieved.

    Advice to Management

Perks should be easier to obtain (ex Team250 should be Team 200, the extra 25-50 "new" PV makes this perk harder to obtain ( and the loop hole is if the new PV isn't an Autoship it doesn't count, this only benefits the company not the distributor))

I have been working at Zija International part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Company is team oriented.
Promotion is based on leading and helping other, not standing on the shoulders of others
Amazing products and they are always improving

    Cons

Some of the company's incentives are filled with loop holes that allow the company to profit without having to reward the independent distributor.

Example: TEAM 250 Program. If you bring in 250 new Product Volume each month your own personal order is free (but you still must pay shipping which could be $20, so not really FREE). Also you have to get 250 not 225, and 250 is usually 3 "I just want to try" However if none of those NEW 250 sign up for an AUTOSHIP, none of them count. SO you could bring in 250 NEW Volume but it doesn't count because those costumers didn't sign up for an auto shipment.

    Advice to Management

Make incentives easier to achieve for the average person. Sure if someone does this full time and is really out there to be a salesmen they can hit all these incentives but for the 20%ers who really just share the product, all the loop holes really only benefit the company, which is not a positive image when trying to share with new customers

    Pros

Work from home, unlimited earning potential, incredible support at all levels, future growth is unlimited, self development is a key component.

    Cons

There aren't many downsides if you are ready for some hard work. Network marketing is a skill set that is learned with a good deal of time.

    Advice to Management

My company has a leadership team that has an incredible pedigree and a track record for success. My only words would be to keep doing what you are doing.
