      $5 beer on Thursday. Ok benefits. Attendance bonus.

      Cons

      Severely understaffed. Work 10 to 15 hrs a day. Lazy supervisors. Harassment. Discrimination. Nepotism. Drug use. Denied lunch and break times. No raises. Yelled and cursed at by hot head supervisors. No competitive pay or cost of living increase. Forced to work through pandemic.

      - No Office, traveling in certain areas to accounts, no stale work environment. - Having the tools to achieve set goals for the month to month bonuses. - Work vehicle is always a plus, no wear and tear on your personal vehicle

      - Communication, is always something hard to have in a bigger company. - Accounts may take advantage of you and your time if you don't set ground rules.
