    Pros

Offers good work life balance for those with families. Not as aggressive as some of the other banks. Give you time to learn something and try. Salt Lake City offers a relatively good quality of life for the cost of living. All four seasons with great access to outdoors.

I worked at Zions Bancorporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Low stress environment Never asked to work late hours Great health care benefits Lots of training opportunities

    Cons

Management is not very educated Compensation is poor Many employees are not motivated to further their careers Tools used for analysis are sometimes out of date

    Advice to Management

It would be useful if they placed a higher value on education. I imagine that they done because it is easier to pay lower wages if they don't.
