I have been working at Zions Bancorporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Will help train you to reach your work goals, nice work environment, very conservative with loan decisions and highly supportive team, loyal and trustworthy employees, option to work from home sometimes, recently remodeled cubicles

    Cons

Work overload, not enough time off, slow computers and outdated software makes doing the job sometimes difficult, freezing old building

    Advice to Management

Increase incentives, update software & hardware to increase production

I worked at Zions Bancorporation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

People hands down. Some real solid folks there but sadly a high rate of turn over. Some flex in work hours manager dependent. Good dtc location. Decent benefits minus insurance - costs high.

    Cons

Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing. Disconnect between Zion's Corp and management in the MLC. Disconnect between sales and ops. Bonus/incentive structure changed and not to the benefit of staff but Zions made profit over their projections .... Interesting!

    Advice to Management

Zions is still trying to bring the centralized ops center (MLC) to solid foundation. Lots of growing pains, keep your staff over informed for comfort.
