    Pros

    An awesome group of people with great attitudes. Very relaxed and fun work culture, great people in management, all around a wonderful experience.

    Cons

    Project portals such as project place and workamajig are a headache to work with.

    Pros

    Many job perks, experience working with customer accounts/financing responsibilities, culture code/hr, availability of personal development, experience working with software engineers creating groundbreaking technology to help the Zipcar experience

    Cons

    Weekend hours were required. Unclear communication as far as pay increase, pressure to be one of the crowd and fit in, communication could be worked on

    So many people i met here that became part of my family. Awesome coworkers

    Management has be reviewed and too many turn overs. something needs to be changed

    Pros

    Easy-going culture, lots of creative freedom, ample ability to move up in the company.

    Cons

    Not many cons honestly. I was only an intern and the intern program is great. Got a lot of awesome feedback from my team.

    Awesome company culture! Employees always willing to speak with you or help on projects or give advice.

    Cons

    None that I can think of. The biggest con for me would be that I did not get to work there long enough as an intern.

    Pros

    Great mission that appeals to young people and is well executed, so my sales work was rooted in a genuine belief in the company. Management was very supportive and clear in their direction.

    Cons

    None I can think of.

    Keep hiring college students!

    Pros

    This is a great introductory sales position. it teaches you how to become social, handle rejection, peoples needs and see if a membership is best for them.

    $12 hourly and 75% Zipcar rentals on weekdays

    Cons

    its a stepping stone position and needs to be worked vicariously

    Advice to Management

    incentive based rewards for membership signups.
    Hourly + $20 driving credit per new member activation
